- Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

- Final Sale Items: Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Customized Products: Personalized or customized sneakers and apparel are non-returnable.
