1. Eligibility for Returns
 
  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
 
2. Non-Returnable Items
 
  • Final Sale Items: Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Customized Products: Personalized or customized sneakers and apparel are non-returnable.
  • Hygiene Products: Certain items such as socks, undergarments, and face masks cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
 
3. Return Process
 
  • Step 1: Contact our Customer Service team at contact@kickasskickss.com to request a return authorization.
  • Step 2: Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
  • Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all related accessories, tags, and your proof of purchase.
  • Step 4: Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
 
4. Refunds
 
  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10-14 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items with signs of use, missing parts, or not in original condition).
 
5. Exchanges
 
Exchange Policy: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please contact our Customer Service team.
 
6. Late or Missing Refunds
 
  • Check Your Account: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or payment provider.
  • Contact Your Bank: Then contact your bank or credit card company, as processing time may vary.
  • Still No Refund: If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@kickasskickss.com
 
7. Shipping Costs
 
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Free Returns: In the case of defective products or errors on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
