We currently ship across India, ensuring that no matter where you are, your next pair of authentic sneakers is just a click away. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

 

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time your order is placed. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

 

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.

Express Shipping: 2-4 business days.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

 

 

Standard Shipping: ₹99 flat rate.

Express Shipping: ₹199 flat rate.

We offer free standard shipping on orders above ₹5000.

 

 

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the link provided or visit our Order Tracking page.

 

 

We partner with reliable courier services such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, and Ekart to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.

 

 

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately at contact@kickasskickss.in. Once an order is dispatched, address changes may not be possible.

 

 

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, we will notify you immediately. Reshipping will incur additional charges.

 

 

In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

 

All orders within India are inclusive of GST. There are no additional customs fees or duties.
